Re: None Good Question - Let's Stay on the Hunt! (steve iman)
If you guys find a way to spark interest, let me know. My offspring have a dont care attitude towards their roots. My wife is just as bad. Her attirude is "why do you want to know that stuff"? However she was thrilled when I got her ancestors back to the 1600's. I feel sorry for my branch of the tree. I only have two children, both boys, and they do not have any children and do not expect to get any. I have told them that our tree dies with them if they dont produce a couple of branches. It falls on deaf ears every time I mention it. I really enjoy finding out the path that was trod from there to me. I even did the DNA on my fathers side. I found out that I am who I thought I was. The DNA markers prove that the line I found was indeed the correct line. I am confident that the Iman line on my mothers side is also correct. I found a couple more Greatss om my maternal Grandmothers side. Grandma Iman was a Cosner and they go way back. I have four generations of them now. Keep digging!
