Re: News Hello all (Cody Rich)
Great t have you around and interested. Glad that you're such a closely related one too. I hope we learn where you live and more about what you know. Currently, I'm on the road, and just visited Waterloo in Illinois with descendants from a sister of Elias. Those of us from the Northwest come from the elder brother of Elias, Felix - who walked out to the Columbia River. Do visit Waterloo where you can. Christian Iman lived at American bottom. He may have been buried at Miles Eagle Cliffs, though Pat Vaseska, who is related, and who does a great deal of research and wor for the Monroe County Geological Society has recently found a new discovery at Whiteside Pond in a graveyard which seems to have been destroyed by a farmer who had other uses for the land. Apparently work is ongoing to recover stones.

There is much confusion about linkages between your Elias and Christian. (I saw the grave of Elias just last week.. it's such a beautiful place as it looks out over American Bottom. I believe that though Ulrich was some kind of uncle, that Elias was son of Christian, son of Christian, son of Jacob Eiman who arrived in 1749, and who lived at "May Apple Bottom" out Clark's Creek -- rather than down along the Conestoga. More later.. hope there's lots more.

Care.. Steve Iman
