Re: None Lancaster county Eymans (Richard Eyman)
How exciting to meet you, Richard. I've heard of one of us good at building fences;-) There sure are other Eymans with your name in the arts or music around Chicago if I remember. You come from the heart of our key destinations. I'm curious as heck about your background and lines. Hope you don't mind.

It was a couple of years ago that I had my first opportunity to explore PA sites of the family. What a joy it was to rummage around Conestoga and find what I think was the home of Christian Eyman and Susan at Fehl's farm. And the morning I walked into the woods just inland from Dauphin to see the land of Jacob Eyman was one I'll never ever forget.

Please be in touch online, or off. I wonder if you're part of a strain of Eymans who were from Ulrich and the Conestoga Eymans who remained in the area. I have only a vague recollection that all of them had moved on to Ohio or gone elsewhere.

Hoping to hear so much more! Steve Iman - sciman@cpp.edu
